DEMA’s Training and Education Department provides emergency preparedness and response training to state agencies, county and local partners, emergency support coordinators, and other stakeholders across Delaware. Offerings include ICS courses, hazard-specific preparedness, SEOC training, and workshops on continuity, crisis management, and school safety. These trainings strengthen coordination, build essential skills, and support a more resilient statewide emergency management community.
