Business Owners and/or Designees This training and test is intended for the business owner or designated employee of a Delaware based business that moves regulated articles (goods and vehicles) within or out of the spotted lanternfly quarantine area.
Businesses not based in Delaware are to complete the Spotted Lanternfly Permit Training and Testing for the state in which the business is based. Only the business owner or designated employee should complete this online Spotted Lanternfly Permit Training and Testing. Upon passing the Spotted Lanternfly Test, the business owner or designated employee is expected to train other employees moving regulated articles within or out of the Spotted Lanternfly Quarantine Area.
