The Office of the Child Advocate’s Online Training System provides the state approved child abuse mandatory reporting training for a variety of audiences, including medical professionals, educators, attorneys, CASA volunteers, and members of the public. Other web-based child welfare training are also available through this site.

Office of the Child Advocate (OCA) and the Child Protection Accountability Commission (CPAC) are migrating to a new learning platform scheduled to launch November 1. Users who are currently registered for OCA/CPAC courses on the Delaware Learning Center will receive an email welcoming you to the new learning platform in the coming days.
