The Office of the Child Advocate’s Online Training System provides the state approved child abuse mandatory reporting training for a variety of audiences, including medical professionals, educators, attorneys, CASA volunteers, and members of the public. Other web-based child welfare training are also available through this site.

If you were previously registered for OCA/CPAC courses on the Delaware Learning Center, you should have received a welcome email with instructions for accessing the new site.
